Excalibur Truck Accessories LTD guarantees the original purchaser a 2 year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

What's Covered?

Brackets - lifetime warranty. 

Running Board - 3 year warranty.

Lights - 2 year warranty against moisture and bulb malfunction.

We will cover manufacture defects in workmanship and materials of ALL parts on the running boards.

Replacement parts are always available for our boards.

Please contact us or visit our store for any replacements you may need.

What's Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or debris, impairments from accidents, modifications made, damage due to improper installation,  misuse, abuse or neglect.

The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty;

Excalibur's warranty is only in effect to the original purchaser. The original purchaser may be required to return the defective merchandise to Excalibur Truck Accessories LTD providing the original purchase receipt, photos of the damage and may be responsible for freight charges. Our warranty covers the cost of the defective part(s) and not the costs of removal, installation or incidental charges. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the actual product and carries NO cash value. The warranty is limited to the actual purchase price of the product excluding shipping costs and handling fees.
